  1. Do I have to buy a device in order for me to use the mobile app?

No, you can download the app on multiple smart phones and use one device as the main account while the other devices are sub accounts. You will have the app features enabled based on your subscription.

 

  1. How many devices can I add to my main account for monitoring and tracking purposes?

You can add as many devices as you want based on the subscription you have chosen.

The basic subscription allows you to add up to 3 devices or sub accounts, you can add more devices or sub accounts to your main account by changing your subscription.

 

  1. If I order a device will it come with a pre installed sim card or do I have to buy one myself?

Any device you order will not include a sim card, you will have to purchase your own sim card and install it using our easy step by step guide.

 

  1. Do I have to manually configure my sim cards cellular network to work with the device?

No, our devices automatically configure which cellular network you are using.

 

  1. I want to change the number of my main account?

You can do so by logging on your account and clicking on Profile > Settings, where you will find the phone number of the main account you have set. Change it and click on “update”.

 

  1. Is it possible to change my subscription to add more devices to my main account?

You can update your subscription anytime you like by clicking on the Profile > Settings > My subscription > Update. The amount you will have to pay will be calculated based on the subscription you request.

 

  1. Do I have to be online at all moments to receive alerts from my devices?

No, when any device sends an alert to the main account, our system will send an email, a push notification and a SMS to the main account in order for us to ensure that the alert will be received.

 

  1. If I travel to a different country, will I still be able to use my device?

Yes, LBSTS covers most countries across the world. We advise our users to check if their sim card will work abroad (data roaming) for them to be able to use the devices. But keep in mind extra charges and fees may apply based on your network provider.

 

  1. I want to cancel my subscription or delete my account.

Based on your subscription payment process you can simply deactivate LBSTS features by discontinuing any payments. Noting that your account will still be active until the end of any paid subscription date. If you wish to delete your account, simply log in your account and go to Profile > Settings > Delete My Account

  1. I want to cancel an order.

Any order you make can be cancelled as long as your order hasn’t been shipped. To see if your order has been shipped or not you can go to “Profile” > “History” and check the status of the order and “cancel” button. To cancel the order simply click on the “Cancel” button and you will be refunded the total amount within the next few days of purchase.

  1. I want to return a faulty device.
